Conditions of Entry

 

  1. All FOSSICKERS must register at the Dells Hole Station Homestead, prior to commencing any activities on either Long Gully or Dells Hole.  Directional Signage has been erected.
  2. Bookings are essential.  Please contact SEVEN RYAN on either phone, email or fax as specified on the CONACT US page.
  3. Entry Fees are applicable and subject to change without prior notice. Fees listed are current until 30 June 2011.
  4. Entry ID Tags will be given out on arrival after payment has been received.  These tags are to be carried at all times and shown when requested by the Hosts of the Long Gully Gold - The Real Outback Fossicking Experience.
  5. Pets are allowed.  However, there is strictly NO HUNTING OR SHOOTING, unless express permission is given by the Hosts prior to your arrival.
  6. Maps are available, either by downloading those available on this website or by request for a small service fee on arrival.
  7. At times, the roads and tracks may become impassible.  The Hosts accept no responsibility for loss or damage to, but not limited to, vehicles, campervans, trailers etc.
  8. An area for CAMPING has been identified; however, all FOSSICKERS must note there are NO FACILITIES PROVIDED.  Fossickers are to ensure they have access to portable AMENITIES and expressly ensure they dispose of WASTES as per statutory regulations.
  9. Small cooking camp fires are permitted; however, it is the Fossickers responsibility to be in control of these cooking fires at all times.  Any damage sustained to, but not limited to, fauna, flora, fences, gates etc will be the responsibility of the Fossicker to compensate the Hosts for.
  10. Long Gully Station is first and foremost a Cattle Production Enterprise.  Therefore, should a Fossickers behaviour, or actions be seen to be damaging to this enterprise they will be advised to leave and any future attempts to return will be expressly denied.
  11. All items of Rubbish and Waste are to be properly disposed off.  The Hosts have provided RUBBISH DRUMS around the CAMPING GROUND for the fossickers use.
  12. ALL DETECTOR HOLES MUST BE COVERED IN!
  13. The Hosts may, at their discretion without prior warning, cancel a fossickers booking and request they leave.  Any monies paid over the time already spent, will be refunded.
  14. The Hosts decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
